(Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Lab hours 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Telephones are answered from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday–Friday.
